LEVERAGING MARKETING PARTNERSHIPS
Group Leveraging the GURU Marketing Way
Like a long pole, that can shift a great weighing boulder with little effort; such is the case with succeeding in business online. Think of your partners as extra hands on the pole or extra poles...all adding their strength to help you budge that weighty boulder out of your way. It is about harnessing the power of the popular digital online super crowds!
Your chances of succeeding- as an 'army of one' fall somewhere between zip, zilch and nill. The beauty of the internet is its ability to reach the masses at warp speed. But first you must have something worth shouting from the roof tops about!
Social Marketing [i.e. Joint Venture Marketing] is the critical key to enjoying on-going success. There are over 9,742,000,000+ Web sites out there...and growing daily. Wouldn't it be nice if lots of those websites were offering your products and services to their customers and site visitors. Yes, you have to cut them in with a way for those partner sites to make money too. Paying Commission is the usual method.
Without some good old' fashion collaboration, joint ventures and networking skills under your belt; your chances of *not* getting noticed are virtually guaranteed! There are many different ways of leveraging, the World Wide Web. Let’s look closer at this one, cause it's one of the best. You allow other to do most of your work for you, for a cut of the profits.
Joint Venture Marketing Leverage!
All but gone [certainly rare, to say the least] are the days when you could merely just e-mail an E-zine Publisher with a copy of your offerings, a sales pitch article and a 50% profit-share and you hooked another partner. Today, Good Strategic Joint Venture alliances take time to cultivate...It's all about building trust with others with audiences.
You've got to captivate your potential Joint Venture Partners with a more strategic, longer-range heap of killer benefits, as well. It’s generally good practice to go over and above with heaps of incentives. Prove to them that you are extremely sensitive to *their* overall wants, needs and desires- not yours or mine. Seek long term partnerships!
When a List Master recognizes you as a genuine Expert within your niche, and that you just don't recommend anyone or anything that you- yourself- are not absolutely delighted with as the end-consumer...They will be far more enthusiastic about Joint Venturing with you in the future, because people like to do business with people they know and trust...
That said...nothing can propel you to [seemingly] overnight success like a well-thought-out and deftly-crafted Joint Venture-proposal... NOTHING! You supply opportunities!
Every single truly successful marketer realized- at some point within their career- that in order to get to where their truly trying to be; they have to whole-heartedly and cheerfully assist others in doing the same. You can only go so far yourself. Of course we all need people in our corner. But, the real way to explode in business is by leveraging the masses to do your promoting and sales for you. This is only done by design, from the very start. You have to leave room for the next guy to be able to mark up your product and make a living too. Better yet is when you leave room for the next guy after them to still be able to profit as well. Yes, you want a few layers of middle men... and middle-women on your team! The key is multiple levels of sellers, everyone contributing.
It doesn’t matter what you are selling, if you sell to the end user then that is where the buck stops. If you sell to people who can also sell your products or services, recouping their investment and making a profit too that’s the beginning of viral growth! The easier you make it for others to sell to others again and again you ultimately are going to supply tons more people in the end. Your products and services will be finding people in all corners of the planet. People who your sole marketing efforts would never have found!
That is the power of joint venturing. And it is usually done by you producing everything your partners are going to need to succeed. Leave as little for them to do as possible so their decision to team up with you is a no-brainer. Allow them plenty of leeway and give away all kinds of rights so they are really getting a super-duper deal.
This is especially true when making first contact with a good potential Partner... Remember, you are going to them, for something you want, NOT the other way around.
Until you've cultivated your own Master List of 20,000, 50,000, even 100,000 Loyal protégés; and you are now the one getting slammed with 10 to 20 Joint Venture Proposals per day, on average...you need to be the one supplying the products, services selling tools and opportunity.
To create successful, mutually beneficial JV's; you must pole-position your wants, needs and desires in such a way as to naturally resonate by complimenting your partners’ needs and their partners’ needs and the next level of partners’ needs and so on.
Often times, this is *much* easier said than done; as good JV Proposals require a fair and reasonable amount of selfless and candid receptiveness, attention to detail and deep meditation. That is to say...you need a wise plan!
However, once you’ve put the ultimate enticing package together, complete with all the necessary marketing tools it will no doubt be an attractive offering to many people conducting business using different methods, in different corners all over the vast net...By giving all the people you can communicate with at level one, a chance to share in the wealth, plus if they can offer a money making situation to their customers and contacts too it becomes an easy sell and thus an easy win for all involved.
The resulting dividends based on the much larger volume of sales, in the end will be supremely higher than if you attempted to sell your product entirely on your own, even though you could obviously ask a much higher price if you were not sharing the profits. Yes, on each sale you make a lot less but you have a ready-made sales army now working for you that will hit areas of the globe you never even knew existed!
Leveraging the power of virally growing partnerships is truly worth it and exactly what conducting business on the internet is all about! People helping people succeed!
Good, solid long-lasting Joint Ventures like anything else worthwhile or of real permanent value, actually do require a great deal of time, effort and giving of yourself to be successful. You are the idea person, the inventor and the go to person for all who purchase a ticket to ride. Your first venture is your business foundation to build on.
However- these are the very types of efforts that really can make you fabulously wealthy... seemingly overnight! With the help of others, sales explode in volume.
Sure...there’s the rare exception to the rule- such as when that deftly-crafted and patiently-researched Joint Venture Proposal you offer hits BIG with in just a few short weeks or even days...because, the internet has that capability! But you will enjoy your success just as much if not more when it steadily grows to finally envelope you and your partners too, all welcoming success with open arms, knowing you all paid your Dues!
At first it may feel a little awkward since going out of one’s way is an entirely different approach to salesmanship from traditional offline sales: Tell the people the *whole* truth- and nothing but. Supply extra incentives. Do the work for them. Make it irresistible.
Don't sell them pipe dreams, fluff and just plain crap; in the hope of making a sale. In fact, don't sell them anything. Give first...give, give GIVE! 'Till you cannot think of anything else to give!
And when you actually do attempt to 'sell' your followers something:
Do it in a way that they are both absolutely eager and confident in your recommending them such a kick@$$ deal, offer, etc. Treat your Partners [most literally] as if they were your best friends, family and develop those long lasting relationships accordingly.

BRAND, BRANDING AND BRAND BUILDING
Building Brand Loyalty
by Stu Leventhal
Branding is more than a logo, catchy jingle, image or even a recognizable name. A Company’s Brand is how the public perceives that company from all levels and perspectives. It’s a person’s overall judgment based on all their collective experiences they’ve had with a company’s products or services.
A brand is how people and society view and regard the mere mention of a company’s name or any one of their products. Built over time, a Brand represents a company’s philosophy of life, its values as well as its theory on conducting business. Your company’s brand is what identifies you from the crowd of your contemporaries, the distinguishing factor that sets you and your company apart. Your brand is the foundation of your marketing platform and it represents everything your company does and stands for.
The job of a powerful brand is not to just differentiate you, your company and its products and services from your competitors and it is much more than making your products instantly recognizable. The goal of a good brand in to place you and everything concerning your company on a pedestal above the rest and position you as the reigning supreme authority in your market. Good brands are thought of as the standard that everyone else in their field must strive to measure up to.
Here are four things you should keep in mind as you build your company’s brand:
1) Branding is much more than designing good advertisements! Own the “Significant Thing”: Dole tried to be all things to all people. Spend your time focusing on a single clear message that makes you special. Mercedes-Benz owns “ Engineering “ in the car industry because they focused on that singular message for decades.
2) When building a brand, consistency is the key! Consistent presentation of everything that represents you, will ensure that your customers recognize you. Be consistent in the use of logos, taglines, visual elements, tone, colors themes and ad copy styles. ‘Coca-Cola’ is one of the most recognized brands in the world because they haven’t changed in decades. Make sure your brochures, website, Direct mail, and all the other advertising have the same feel and message.
3) Make your message relevant! Know who your audience is. Know what they care about and how to speak to them. Make sure what you sell is what they need. Remember the conversation should always be about your audience, not you. Your brand message should be honest and convey trust to your prospective customers while getting to the heart of the matter of your industry.
4) Use a strong offer to motivate! You want your audience to remember you and you want them to buy from you now! You need to move them to action. A strong offer should give them a reason to buy. Make the offer clear and appropriate for your brand. Set the bar high so your competitors have to struggle to stay in the game. And always back your strong words up with a super strong money back guarantee. A full money back guarantee goes a long way to building trust. It relieves any doubt that you stand behind your work, products and services. And, best of all, it takes away any logical objection to purchasing right now. After all what does anyone have to lose if they can request their full money back if they are unsatisfied?
Every time a customer comes in contact with your brand, they will have either a positive or a negative experience. Those experiences will add to their perception of your brand and what they think of your company as a whole. Those experiences are recalled later when it’s time to make a purchasing decision. How do you want your brand to be remembered when the time comes for a prospect to buy? You need to start building that positive perception today and do whatever is necessary to maintain your brands perception in your market as the premier leader supreme!

THE DEFINITION OF GOING VIRAL
Viral Marketing Explained...
by Stu Leventhal
Viral marketing is the cool, hip, new, internet term for word of mouth promotion on the web. It is where people online hear about your website service or products through other people online instead of through your direct advertising and marketing campaigns or sales efforts. Sending an email with an advertisement on the bottom is a good way to start spreading the word. Remember to remind people to forward your message to everyone they know. Having a newsletter also increases your visibility online. By adding a share with a friend button you can get the ball rolling. There are also forums that discuss products and services and rate them that could be a means of sprouting a viral marketing campaign. It is all about creating a BUZZ!
You may start the promotion but viral marketing continues to grow on its own with your additional efforts or despite your efforts to control or stop it. Viral marketing’s referral technique works like the snowball effect, which increases exponentially the visibility of your business. Getting viral personal recommendations to spread uncontrollably about for example, trying your new product or service is a great way to build credibility and trust in your company. Viral marketing is a great way to keep advertising costs way down. Passing along an article from an ezine keeps the message intact, is free and easy to pass along again and again and doesn’t cost anything, but offers a clear benefit to both parties involved. The first step in a viral campaign is making sure your company image is intact and stable enough for people to be proud to be associated with you. The next step is to design a marketing piece that is worthy of being shared. It is not enough just for your product and services to be so fantastic that everyone wants to shout about them. To go viral, your marketing piece has to be exciting or hilarious so that not only do your customers and fans want to tell others about your products, brand and services but they really want to share your video or newsletter too on the marketing piece’s own merits. This usually means you have succeeded in creating a very entertaining marketing item.
